Anti-Discrimination Cell

Trinity College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Peddapalli has established an Anti-Discrimination Cell to ensure equality, dignity, and a respectful academic environment for all students and staff within the institution.

The cell functions to prevent discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, language, region, economic status, or any other personal background. It promotes harmony and ensures that every student receives equal opportunities in academics and campus life.

The committee conducts awareness campaigns, displays posters, and encourages students to report any discriminatory behaviour without fear.

Objectives of the Cell

✅ To promote equality and social harmony among students.
✅ To create awareness about anti-discrimination laws and policies.
✅ To ensure respectful behaviour among students and staff.
✅ To address and resolve discrimination-related complaints.
✅ To recommend disciplinary action against offenders.

Functions & Responsibilities

✅ Monitoring campus environment to ensure inclusivity.
✅ Conducting counselling and awareness programmes.
✅ Encouraging students to report grievances.
✅ Taking prompt action on reported incidents.
✅ Maintaining confidentiality of complaints.
✅ Submitting reports to the Principal periodically.

Meetings & Reporting

The Anti-Discrimination Cell meets frequently to review the campus environment and ensure that no discriminatory practices exist within or outside the institution.

The Coordinator regularly reports the progress and observations to the Principal and recommends necessary actions wherever required.
